Health testing is an invaluable tool for breeders to ensure they are producing the healthiest puppies possible. Hip dysplasia, eye diseases and blood disorders are some examples of hereditary disorders they are able to prevent through health testing. When inquiring about a current/future litter, always ask for proof of testing on the puppy's parents. Here are the recommended tests for each variety:
